Chris Neville is a devoted husband and father of four who is passionate about ministering to the teens of Rivertree. Having spent many years at Christian Camps he is both inspired and awestruck at God’s awesomeness, and how he works in the hearts and minds of young people.

Derek has been involved in worship ministry for over two decades.

SPECIAL NEEDS ADULT (S.N.A.P.) PASTOR

Carol Williams has been ministering to Special Needs adults for 20 years. She brings creativity and authenticity to her leadership and teaching as she oversees our Tuesday evening S.N.A.P. Gathering. In her free time, Carol loves to read. She and her husband also spent years exploring the countryside on their Goldwing.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

I have been blessed to serve in this capacity since my retirement.... and yes, that is a lot of years. I once read that "Pastors manage the flock... I manage the resources used to minister to the flock. Rather that's department heads, property, tools and equipment. I help empower the pastor to not have to worry about anything but you." My role has evolved over the years, but the goal remains the same - to do my part in bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to earth on a day to day basis

CO-DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

Diane has a heart for children after raising four of her own. She seeks out and creates creative experiences that help our kids better understand the God who loves them. When she is not leading Rivertree Kids, she is an accomplished painter and leads Bible studies in inner city Jackson.

CO-DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

Amber serves in KidZone with a heart for both ministry and organization, helping bring everything together behind the scenes and in the classroom. From preparing curriculum and scheduling volunteers to teaching and supporting administrative needs, she enjoys being part of every step that helps kids experience God’s love. Her passion is to help children grow to know and follow Jesus in ways that are fun, meaningful, and memorable.

Outside of Rivertree, Amber is a busy mom of two whom she homeschools and she stays actively involved in local community groups. She loves connecting with families and is always happy to answer questions.

Tina Seekell has a heart to serve and oversees the First Impressions Team making sure all guests feel welcome.

In addition, she has taken on the responsibility of the Church Administrator helping to ensure everything runs smoothly for all the ministries and leaders.

Description Pastor Josh brings a heart for Jesus, a love for people, and a passion for helping others grow in their faith. He and his family have been serving in full-time ministry since 2010. Most recently, Pastor Josh served at JaxNaz Church right here in Jackson, Michigan.
